The Question is no more Is it Me or Is it You I guess its “US”

We have seen Bear, Lehman and Merrill perishing. Freddie, Fanny, AIG have just been rescued in time however it seems the help is still required for these companies to sustain further.

Huge Financial houses known to man are under threat. It seems like sooner or later every institution would get engulfed before the scope of the impact can be realized.

The latest talk of the town being Citibank. When Citi announced job cuts of 53,000 cutting down costs by 20% annually it send shocking waves into the market. Given the mammoth number it was more than a natural reaction for each employee to have questioned “Is it Me” or “Is it You”.

But this question perished in 2 days with Citi stock value dipping 20% on an average consecutively and saw itself at “3.77$”. The question has got drastically changed with this scenario. Its no more Me or You. Its “US”.

Though they are literally few options in these scenarios the coming week starting with Nov 24th shall definitely will be a tough & challenging week for the giant to see through.

Nations Finding Solace in Austerity

The great depression, credit crisis, the meltdown, recession, global financial turmoil, market crisis what ever may be the name whole thing boils down to increased chaos and uncertainty in terms of financial sector operations and all associated sectors which leaves very little scope for imagination.

Given the crisis world leaders, economists, analysts, high net worth individuals, venture capitalists all people from all streams are struggling to see the end of the tunnel.

One unanimous decision ever anybody could arrive was cutting down on expenses until things look ok. Operating costs have become a huge overhead when businesses are not meeting new customers & investors taking the capital out with lack of confidence. Markets mood is quite pessimistic and in many a cases over reaction is pulling the chords further.

I see nations cutting down on spending drastically. Interest rates being cut which helps cash ridden hungry markets a breather. Common man also has to adhere to Austere living. He in fact has to observe this mantra in true discipline and devotion since his job is under threat and chances of finding new are bleak. He has to be prudent in spending and have an eye on all the items which can wait and try and monitor all the areas of expenses to see if there is anything which can be cutback.

Opposite of Jhet - Assistant Jhet...

Well it was long back in May 2008 yet another long day at work was coming to an end,
I overheard one of my colleagues from other team asking her team member a question.

By the nature of the question it was quite straight forward what made it really interesting to quote at this moment was the reply & the context.

The question was "What is Opposite Of Jhet?"
Her team member to put an end to the turbulent struggle within his brain and given the fact he was also exhausted and thinking of hurrying home faster gave a firm reply Assistant Jhet.....or may be Senior Jhet.

That is it...all the people who heard burst into laughter.

The next day I did manage to research to get the opposite it was jhetani...
and so did others, every body had right answers but the reply lingered.

Hilarious instances with such a kinda genuineness remain cherish able for life time...

The Blue Eyed Shisha Girl....

Warning: Characters in the story are fictious any resemblance to any person is merely a coincidence and not intentional.

In the beautiful meadows of central Europe there used to be a bubbly girl Maggie. Her eyes were blue and elegantly intriguing. With light going attitude and a lovely nature, fascination to explore she was a delight to be with. Constant quest for new experiences has kept her on toes. Undoubtedly Maggie was a heartthrob.

Time and tide wait for none so did her age. Her propensity to find answers to her solitude has made her prepared. Being a natural explorer once she set out for Egypt. Passing through mighty pharoah’s, tedious camel rides and the adventurous desert experiences made her come alive. Amidst the traversal of such pleasurable experiences on one fine day her sight fell on a Shisha.

She couldn’t pull off her sight, as the Shisha was artistically colorful. She yielded to the price without much bargain as the temptation to acquire has overridden her senses. Maggie bought her favorite vanilla flavor for the shisha. She started spending days and nights shishaying dreaming about prince of her dreams. Shishaying helped her relax and she regretted the time she spent without the Shisha.

The Shisha was no normal antic piece It had a life in too. It understood the feelings of Maggie. It took no time to start admiring Maggie. One-day shisha has spoken to Maggie and said “ I cant withstand your feelings, neither can I help you All I can is I wish your dreams come true very soon”. Maggie was first amazed but was very happy with the empathy. With new found assurance and support she sailed through thick and thin effortlessly. This helped her recouping energies and worked hard to establish as a great painter. Maggies paintings were a reflection of her dreams and exploration of conflicts. She took Shisha with her wherever she went. Her reputation grew in no time as an artist. It was her dream come true when the handsome Prince of Wales came down to watch the art galleries put up for display. Both were love struck by Cupid at first sight. They exchanged vows and lived happily ever after. Maggie later became famous as the blue eyed Shisha princess. She never left the Shisha all her life.

Hey Euro R U Our Next Hero....

After the World War II US Dollar has become the most favorable trading currency. US the only nation, which allowed convertibility to its dollar during the turbulent times of World War II, faired well in establishing itself as a reserve currency replacing Pound. Total trading volumes in US dollar was more than 48% placing it far above than any other global currency.

The formation of Euro has been a historic decision in global Currency market. Euro came into existence in 1999. Since its inception in 11 countries it has been a strong contender to USD. It’s pegged currently by 10 currencies. The growth of Euro was steady and gradual. Total trading volumes in Euro rose to 34%, which is, still less to USD trading volumes globally.

With weakened dollar values triggered by credit crisis Euro has been gaining a greater confidence. Euro zone currently consists of 15 countries with many more nations in the pipeline to join. A single currency across the member countries marked by lower interest rates has been a great impetus to business here. European Central bank has become a serious force to reckon to compete with Fed. Developing nations like China and India with substantial GDP’s are willing to hedge more on Euro.

If this were not enough US dollar is falling on its own performance succumbing to overseas burdens and stress back home.Equations at Wall Street have never changed so quickly in its history. This definitely is sending wrong signals and indications for worse times ahead.

Like the Pound was replaced with Dollar. …Probably it’s now Euro to take the reigns as a reserve currency.

Euro UR Our Next Hero..

Lehman couldn't BEAR This FALL.......

It was not long ago when 80+ year Bearsterns vanished away from WallStreet. Big financial houses were in the same falling spree. Good samaritan act by Fed has prevented Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae repeating a similar act.

Lehman Brothers showed symptoms that it was brewing up with credit problems...until last weekend it had to sink in to file a bankruptcy. It was pathetic to see a 158 year old instictuition crumble to pieces.

The mood in Wall Street touched bottom low and investors are helplessly seeking shelter in chaos.World markets are trying to shield the negativity to penetrate further. Hoping this can get better with right measures in place.

As the saying goes Time & Tide wait for none.....The Fall in NY wouldnt stop...................and yeah This Fall will definitely miss...BearSterns & Lehman Brothers....

Thanks Lehman & Bearsterns....for your visions and path breaking innovations in world finance they shall be treasured.

Onus 2 save US is on evry one of us....

It seems with the turmoil in the wall street things are looking bleak in the US markets.

As this is not sufficient to make situations worse...huge financial instituitions are brimming with no better situation..

At this point what is that we learn out of this crisis? What happened to the so called risk management? The amount of
risk that has been thrown open into the markets Was it completely ignored and unhandled?

Haha since the system failed...everybody can bull it...for no credit...

Well the best thing about any crisis...is if we all come together...we can find a solution to fight...
Funding needs to come in all directions to stop overspreading panic...
Bank of England & European Central Bank are pooling
in 50+ billion emergency fund.Letz hope things get better with some results yet to be declared by Morgan Stanley & Goldman Sachs..

The onus is on every one of us...to be more responsible as a decision maker..lest negative ripple effects are a indispensable feature..

UN...familiar familiar..ITY

As a child when we see this world with awe, everything is so unfamiliar.Mom becomes our first acquaintance and a starting point for harboring the feelings of familiarity.

With familiarity we are able to connect to people.Over time we make relationships out of it .I have seen people waging a constant battle with unfamiliarity until they get familiar with everything they are surrounded with.

Its far more interesting how each person reacts to unfamiliarity. Some may get into their shells and become silent and not accessible because they are so uncomfortable to unfamiliar surroundings whereas in some cases people who have been there in such situations are more open to it. They take it as a challenging and exciting phase of life. They see it as an opportunity to discover something new which can be a thrilling experience for a life time.

Whatever may be the case and the reaction which is got out of treading unfamiliar familiarity I strongly believe ………

………………Life is all about confronting unfamiliarity and getting familiar.
This is how we mature, evolve, learn and become more complete…. and each instanc turns out to be a memorable experience.

Are U A Statue Of Liberty

A Brief Glance at the Statue of Liberty day in day out through my window at work has been a brief pleasure I steal every day.

On long weekends I laugh at the thought....if the Statue is still there or not....

This seems to be interesting day after day people in New York with tons of emotions carrying through the newyork subways..many of them holding a starbucks/Dunkin coffee mug.. Its hillarious to watch people trying to balance themselves with one hand in the subway trains.

It doesnt matter whether you hold a torch or a cuppa for the day....I would say its a stupendous supporting gesture for statue of liberty.

So the question is Are U a Statue Of Liberty ? :)

The Last Samurai

Ken watanabe as Katsumoto yet another wonderful performance....Tom Cruise as Nathan. It was great to watch the discipline and dedication for one to become a perfectionist at service......Its The Samurai.....

Simon Graham: [narrating] They say Japan was made by a sword. They say the old gods dipped a coral blade into the ocean, and when they pulled it out four perfect drops fell back into the sea, and those drops became the islands of Japan. I say, Japan was made by a handful of brave men. Warriors, willing to give their lives for what seems to have become a forgotten word: honor.

A touching narration of Chiyo turning out to Sayuri with the backdrop in Hanamachi.John Williams score is splendid, I feel like borrowing some British slang and call it as "Bloody Brilliance"

Ken Watanabe does it again.Young chiyo and the Chairman transforming scene was directed wonderfully.Pumpkin,Nobu san all crew have done great justice to their roles.Unarguably a must watch movie. You can find John Williams confluence/Themes on Memoirs Of Geisha in You tube.

Outsourced by John JeffCoat

On the wake of outsourcing penetrating into many business verticals it gets all the more interesting to see what happens next with profits shrinking to quite drastic proportions in the current times. Many alternative markets have popped up solely propelled by Operational Cost factor.

The movie deals about Outsourcing to India. Todd and Asha lead characters have done great job. Every character was backed up with good script. It threw light on Indo Amerian cultural differences in a comical way.Thumbs up to the director, writer for the narration being closer to reality.A delight to watch if you have 100 min to spare.

Woodside Balcony Spring Supper

Lovely spring night,
Fading Empire state light,
Having a large scoop of vanilla delight,
Cool breeze passing by amplifying this flight,
Up above I see no stars sight,
Thanks to the civilized minds gifting us this plight,
But yeah I see my inspiration elite,
Its the lovely moonlight,
children playing by though its not bright,
This is Woodside at its best, believe me and you would be right.

Thoughts I had while having dinner in the balcony,my woodside house.
Its a cherishable experience.

--Initial thoughts without the little poetic rhythm u see above--

Cool breeze passing by,
Lovely spring night,
gazing the empirestate building,
Having a large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Up above I see no stars
haha its all coz of pollution
But yeah I see my inspiration
Its the lovely moon
peeping through the branches
with the soothing smile in the form of moonlight
children playing by though its 10 in the night
This is Woodside at its best.
Its a cherishable experience.

Captain Corelli's Mandolin

Just now saw Captain Corelli's Mandolin....
Its a moving story accompanied with electrifying romance, elegantly directed by john madden. The movies revolves around Cephallonia a beautiful island in Greece.I liked Penelope's histrionics for the first time. She was very natural.Nicolas Cage as always at his best.

In the whole movie I liked this dialog the most
"I am not a religious man but I believe this if there is a wound we must try to heal it.
If there is someone whose pain we can cure we must search till we find them,
If the gods have choosen that we should survive,It will be for a reason....."

All in all a great movie worth a watch at leisure. Thanks to the whole team who is part of the movie. It was nice.

Musings before a Production Release

Streamlining processes has been a challenge over time however not impossible. It takes few bold decisions and relentless propensity in accomplishment.
I feel far more empowered how I can bring a difference in its entirety towards any task I take up.I am enjoying this bliss of being non-judgemental.There is a catch I am exploiting me until I discover happiness in every thing I do no matter what.

A must watch for Homosapiens and Humans as well...

Just see to History of any nation,it definitely has so many instances where it feels shy to away. Probably every part of the World has been trying to cover its ugly flashes of time by projecting its maturity how it has learned a lesson.

To just draw this point more justice I bring open an impeccable feature film which to my personal standards was scarier than any imaginable horrendous contexts life can throw.

Ladies and Gentlemen its 1947 Earth by Deepa Mehta.
Its a must watch film for all inhabitants under the sky and a mandatory prescription for the modern homosapiens so that they can admire and hopefully incline and evolve to a species called Human. This dosage can kill the gaining homosapien thoughts in U if you are currently a human :)

Wow...you reached till hear...Bravo!!! you were definitely humane to my writeup..well I got to give a present..

Alexander movie by Oliver Stone - Great new insight about the Alexander the great and all the soldiers, what they could have gone through, ups and lows of life in general.I would say an elegant movie with a stunning presentation on screen.

Globe Trekker - DVD Series This time its.... about Ireland.
Not as impressive as Scotland coverage still not bad.
Tori islands was nice basically an island with 125 people as inhabitants.

Hyderabad Nawabs - Not as great as Angrez but still a decent film to watch.

American Asian Heritage Week - As part of This I saw the Korean OASIS movie. It was a disturbing movie. A very bold love story. I must say spectacular histrionics.

Love story between a physically handicapped woman and a guy who was a convict with 3 cases against him.

If Every Country is Developed what would be Next?

A sudden cloud of fear struck me with the thought if the whole world gets developed is it going to be monotonous...will things look the same spanning all nations. Though the thought is wonderful to dream.... my gut feeling says even before we can reach such a point we would definitely figure out a creative way to destroy some part of the world may be for a existing reason or a new reason out of the box.

I am now more contended and comfortable with the exemplary execution which can happen out of human stupidity. The impact is timeless, unimaginable. In some cases with cutting edge technologies and knowledge it can intensify the process. we shall surprise ourselves.

The Great Beer Famine

This is the real concern I am bogged down these days with the global warming in the rampage there is shortage of water in New Zealand,Australia as a result its effecting barley production which is a significant raw material for Beer Breweries. The situation is dampening in entire American region as well.

I foresee a huge Beer Famine in the making. This seems to be more serious than the huge recession clouds passing by me while I work in Wall Street.I appeal to all my beering fraternity to try ponder on while they have their next mug of beer. Its tough to imagine our future generations deprived of this privilege.

Three Cheers to beer at least we have found a reason to sacrifice some time to think about so called mother nature/earth.

Its APRIL 23rd Earth Day.....PLEASE LETS BE DETERMINED NOT TO THINK ABOUT IT UNTIL THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.

Jenny's Birthday Bash,Latina Party @ Pachitha

Its Jenny's Birthday Bash at Pachita. An event organized and coordinated for Socieda Latina group.Understandably my first Latina party.Latina music was excellent.Though I could hardly relate to couple of tunes I enjoyed the freshness and the diversity in the music.I liked the dance floor too.Ah..my only complain initially was the decibel levels at which music was played haha...it felt like my ears were trying to escape the harsh sound waves hitting them.I helped them further by avoiding proximity to speakers all through the night. After the Party was over just glanced at Pacha downstairs but it was early morning so decided to taxi me back home.
Weekend March 19th,2008.

Turkish Party @ Euro Circle

It was March 18th got an invitation for Turkish party just when I set out of office towards home.I was excited since itz my first introduction to Turkish music and attending a party on a weekday. The ambiance was wonderful. The most interesting part of the party is the Belly Dance competition.
All people in the party were given a open invitation for participating in it however few participated. One participant was amazing and she was rightly chosen for the prize of 250$. It was a wonderful party and yeah I could click few good snaps at the party and on my way back through Lexington subway.I like the tunnel view photograph.

Historical Meet Of Two INDIANS in TOKYO

MOMA - PART II

U can catch up with MOMA PART –I here...
After covering all the galleries I catched a Yugoslavian movie with English subtitles."The Dog Which ran behind the Train".The take of the movie, characters chosen were all very close to interior parts of Yugoslavia.Quite a different story lineup and with a sad ending. All in all it didn't seem fictional as it posed to be.If we compare with Hollywood or Bollywood(Indian cinema) its way behind the technical standards.

Here are few of the 100's of snaps I have shot at The Museum of Modern Art.If you happen to be in New York I would suggest never to miss a chance to glance upon this priceless treasure of art.

MOMA Part III follows....

MOMA PART - I

MOMA is the Museum Of Modern Art in 53rd street NewYork.E train by subway is easiest way to reach this. Its just 15 minutes for me from Roosevelt Avenue. If u have an appetite to art there is no second thinking about it.Great works by Picasso,Rousseau,Salvador Dali,Henri Matisse,Francis Bacon..hmm to my mind I could recollect only these but they are many famous contemporary works at display.

While I was watching one of the open exhibits in the museum I wished to click a picture of me with a giant spider formation & since I was not allowed to carry a tripod and had no aid to support my camera to auto shoot me,I took the help of a visitor who was clicking her kid with the spider...haha and this kid was not going away in-spite of calling twice.I told her to go ahead with the photo and later asked her if I can have another snap with the kid zoomed in.

This is the first one..See the kid...haha...he is looking at me with questions all over his face

and the next one here
2nd Photo..here..
In the second photo when I hug him he was expression less a little nervous,in fact I was nervous too you never know he can bang on my spects while I am posing a laugh in the snap but this man was pretty nice posed a great expression, later when I gave him over to his Mama he started a little smile. It was a huge transition for a tiny brain. Hey Dude....Lots of fun coming ahead be prepared, All The Very Best in your life :)

Will get back on what I did more in the MOMA tommorow.

Are We Selling our Bodies Infinitely?

Can we pose unrelated questions in a given situation?

When we are crazily dancing, drinking can we think of a kid crying in Somalia out of hunger(First of All Why the Hell should we think only at that point)

Even if we would, what is the benefit we get,so our brain immediately ignores it. (BENEFIT or PROFIT)

We dance until our body gets exhausted haha rather until our body permits. Then we rest the body for the trouble it has taken and get up after we feel better.

Given the assumption we have exploited our body on the name of ENJOYMENT/INDULGENCE we get up with a very tired feeling which we try to SHOWCASE to PEOPLE in fashionable terms as hangover.I dont know how did anyone get the right to exploit one's own body?(silly question)

BODY SHOPPING
We are primarily driven by desires. The commonality being HAPPINESS(Are we clear with what Happiness is or rather define it thru the life as time goes by,changing its definition?). To achieve rather discover Happiness they are plethora of options but in the process the body gets used/exploited. I havent heard of anybody who is healthy and rather not too old comically asking his body "Hey Body Can I go ahead I am trying to pursue this ambition/happiness?" . I guess is a big no. Its yes with people who are facing illness, physical disability,Old age. We go ahead with our Selfish motives taking it for granted with our bodies and go on and on until our body says back to us "look boss I am tired,I cant cooperate with you".

Some smart brains can understand this fact much earlier so they try install in some DISCIPLINE and are CONSCIOUS of their INDULGENCE (healthy) . They EXERCISE regularly to keep the body toned so that it can be used for longer time. Out of this discipline and exercise activity billions of people draw HAPPINESS feel happy for the very fact of their communication with body is great. Now this feel good factor can be used in many forms by the same person and rather many people use it many forms.

If people are not knowlegeable of this fact they would be made aware by the rest of the community. DISCIPLINE and EXERCISE find ACCEPTANCE from society.

To illustrate few benefits to which people use the feel good factor is to SELL it for entertainment,to ATTRACT people,to use it effectively for achieving their Selfish motives(Goals,Ambitions) etc.

Please note:This article doesnt want to say Selfishness,Enjoyment,Indulgence,Profit, showcasing is bad or good.

TIT FOR TACT
In the above 2 paragraphs I have empathized with the body saying we are being selfish in exploiting it to draw happiness it seems true to some extent but "Can we draw happiness without using our body?" rather "are we intelligeble enough to think apart from our body?". Probably this is all about Meditation to think away from body and find infinite enjoyment or bliss. However this seems boring because I cant SHOWCASE. In the first place people cant find it easily and even if they managed its a real tough process.Since I never experienced it I cant elaborate on this front.

since we are primarily drawing happiness out of the 5 senses of the body

· Eye - See

· Ear - Hear

· Skin - Touch

· Tongue - Taste

· Nose - Breathe

Out of this limited senses we have created a world of options to indulge our body. I feel to achieve these options man is relentlessly working hard. His entire journey is all about acquiring or experiencing these instruments of happiness. Since these are bodily driven , it gets entertained until the body entertains it. Rather to say it is temporary.

Once the instruments of happiness have been experienced or acquired they have to be SHOWCASED to people.

For example I enjoy music a lot so I keep hearing to music or playing music. Once the ear stops receiving its gone. I no longer can enjoy. Now I start showcasing to people my experiences "You know what when I hear this stuff it was Awesome,I felt like this blah, blah" etc

So I would rather say since body gives us limiting options of drawing happiness I would not empathize with it rather EXPLOIT it :) because in the end the "I RULES" over anything in this world so our body is no exception to that.

The Driving factors SUCCESS,WEALTH
People who are successful, wealthy are identified with the highest of these instruments of happiness. Arguably they would possess the best of the worlds comforts.

Please understand Success,Wealth is in no way related to HAPPINESS with the very fact many successful, wealthy people have woeful stories than the common man.

A world report portrays people in underdeveloped countries and developing nations are far more happier than the ones living in Developed geographies.Happiness is in being happy with what one has and Success is in achieving what he or she wants to do.

People who are SUCCESSFUL or WEALTHY
These people dictate rules of conduct for the society or rather society is comfortable accepting their decisions, imitating their methodologies etc(again no blames on being successful or wealthy). They can make out of the box decisions, unconventional which people are very comfortable following blindly. Its the mob mentality,go with the flow and later perish into oblivion.

The Motives of BUSINESS
By and large the BUSINESS OF BUSINESS IS TO DO BUSINESS. It demands profits, results. I cant imagine any product which is being sold or marketed has an altruistic nature. HIgh end products sold as a STATUS symbol and when things become common it is sold as luxury, convenience, necessity.

Trying to Understand THE LAND OF SPIRITUALITY,YOGIS
Me being from South Asia,to be precise INDIA.I am now all the more curious why were there so many YOGIS in INDIA and why not anyother place in the world? This is a mean attempt only out of imagination rather scientific or facts. I guess the Gangetic plain was one of the fertile regions in the world and the Aryans race was quite intelligent genetically so they didnt have to really worry about basic problems of inhabitation food, water and shelter and since the population at those times was very low no competition to prove etc. made them to think of the community rather than just themselves or a freedom to think above the body. This thinking and research in this direction has given the way to many sages and yogis.

Take for instance the amount of hardships an icelandic man or any human being who have inhabited in the Deserts has faced to get food.He can get ready to do anything to keep him alive since its hard for him to survive. There is hardly any room for thought out of his very existence.

The Backgound to this article
Hitting the Dance floor after Pragathi resorts Polaris Stream Outing in 2005. I was watching the thought provoking taare zameen par movie,In the middle I had to drop since I wanted to give me a chance as what people describe so much about Nightlife,Nightlife all the time.In Tokyo I never did since I was alone as I preferred to be. Here I have no option but to share. In a way its good its getting me to know people from different backgrounds.

one of my roomates birthday party was hosted in Lafayette Bar and Restaurant in the Downtown. Were there until 12:15 night until cake cutting then moved to a NightClub.Enjoyed dancing till morning 4:30 then went all the way to Astoria and ate in the Diner.I was the only crazy guy who ordered 2 scoops of icecream early in the morning at a freezing temperature of -6. haha again its the Tongue/taste. To wind it up completed the movie and as usual its another nice movie.
INTERESTING OBSERVATION:Do Something Completely Different or SURPRISE YOURSELF,It can trigger you a new experience and whole abundance of wonderful thoughts

An Independance From Parenting

Parenting is very soon going to become an extinct commodity with the hectic lifestyles we lead as individuals. Part time mothers are the norm of the day; nothing against anybody it’s a mandatory feature as we see everybody wanting to be independent.

No matter how much I earn or my wife earns, even in the wildest of my dreams I don’t see me giving the amount of time I spent with my father and mother during my childhood. With changing times we also change. Probably human beings are the only animals changing so rapidly and eternally oblivious to the perils of their change, many a times its challenging the very existence of the planet they live on. Please note all advancements have not lead to the situations we are in, I mean there are many things where we have developed in the truest sense and it is obvious that it was realized only because of many souls putting into lot of work in their respective fields. This is all part of the big picture. Let this not sound satirical and see not things in Black or White but a region called grey, where the reality is.

Probably 19th and the 20th century has set a different rhythm on to the globe.21st century with this momentum has become a different breed altogether.
What we saw in the Americas or Europe in the early 1930’s has already become the default norm even in the family intensive societies of Asia. We are the most intelligent species, changed and re-organized family structure to gain more independence on ourselves, rather to say to shed responsibilities so that we can get along with our own wishes.

Nuclear families have become a norm and huge joint families have perished to the pressure and comfort of a nuclear family. It was the best strategy to break free from centralized control of family heads. Haha no body wants to live in hierarchy, every body needs democracy.
Now that we are nuclear, is this gonna help us trade into future. It’s a thumping NO. This can only go until we reach a single unit. We currently have no time to spend with our kids nor wife and worst with ourselves. We have come to a point where we need to schedule to see if we can accommodate to become parents. There is proper planning required and huge amount of TIME and MONEY involved. The combination of Money and Time is a rare commodity even if we are ok with it we are not comfortable to accept this fact since we got to do better year after year until our last breath. In the process we see raising a family as a huge burden and one of the toughest decisions to make as it demands our commitment 24 by 7 all through life. I sniff very soon our elegant advancements could empower us with an out of the box idea which currently is not perceivable by my brain for the obvious limitation it possess. This idea what I can see would help parenting an independent process. Probably enabling the child to grow on itself J there by giving us ample time to go on with our advancement.

Feelings I tried to jot down after I have seen the movie March Of the Penguins.
This is a thought provoking guide to parenting. It helps understand how Penguins decide to love in the harshest place on earth. Thanks to National Geographic society and all the people associated in making this movie a possibility.

Aren't U Having A Telepathic Mind ?

There is an immense clarity in me that I can understand feelings, thoughts of people not through any communication received to any of my senses. It has happened to me at very few instances but when it happens with few people on almost consistent basis this makes me feel "The more I share the more I have" This is uninterrupted communication beating time hmm..also space(distance)....and of course physical barrier.Give it a thought this must be an inherent potential of every brain, probably this is why I am able to send and receive communication(thoughts and feelings).I communicate on a daily basis, day in day out independant of time and distance.

"Its undoubtedly a miracle The More We Share The More We Have" --Sateesh.

Speaking My Mind

This was interesting. I started a blog in March 2005.It had one line in it. After that I reconsidered to blog again in 2007 created a adsense account too but never updated any content. The third attempt came when I started thinking in the same lines in September 2007 but it was just for 2 days when I was in Jackson heights Roosevel avenue. This is my 4th attempt to get into blogging and I have spent more than 2 hours per day since March 18th. This time the urge to write and reach out to people has been inevitably high.

Selecting a template was one of the toughest things I faced, however I tried hand trying more than 20 templates before I narrowed down on this.

I am amazed at my thoughts which have such a great bandwidth ranging from a trivial nothing to a turbulent storm,I respect all of them since they all nurture me to evolve further.

To See a Rainbow I some how feel we definitely got to stand the RAIN.
